Sandima is an old Turkish village that was built 600 years ago or so by the Turkish residents from the island Kos (Istankoy). There is also an Art Gallery by a local resident who restored one of the ancient homes.
Art Street is a short, narrow passageway that sees local artists set-up their workshops and sell their art there during the summer months in Yalikavak.
